14 Jul CDG announces new partner of the firm
CDG, Inc., a privately held engineering firm, announced the addition of a new stockholder – Transportation Practice Leader Matt Hawes. Hawes joined 18 other firm employee-owners responsible for providing operational direction.
CDG President and CEO Mark Pugh commented on the addition of the new partner, stating, “Over the years, Matt has been pivotal in driving progress within CDG’s transportation practice and has been a tremendous asset to the firm as a whole. As a partner of the firm, he will continue to provide critical insight and help CDG continue to grow.”
Hawes joined the firm in 2006 and became a partner of CDG after serving four years as a firm associate. Hawes is a licensed professional engineer with more than 15 years of experience in civil engineering design and project management, including transportation design, site design and public utilities.
As the transportation practice leader, Hawes is responsible for leading a team of professional, technical and administrative staff while providing project identification, management and consulting services. Hawes holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Auburn University.
