Biltmore Estate Road Rehabilitation

With the special attention to historical landscape features and historic monuments, and regard for the hallowed grounds masterminded by William Law Olmstead, the firm was tasked with providing road widening and rehabilitation plans for eight miles of road on the Biltmore Estate grounds. Additional repairs included drainage system rehabilitation utilizing important aspects of the 100+ year old system. The project team provided key engineering and surveying services while working closely with the Estate master, Landscape Architect and contractors to ensure the experience of the drive through the grounds was enhanced.
