The firm was selected to provide comprehensive engineering and surveying services for the development of a 762-acre gated community in Lake Lure, NC. To accommodate the development, the project team engineered more than 20 miles of roadway in steep terrain with special needs for stream crossings and erosion control. Additional services included surveying for the platting of more than 400 lots, construction staking, and as-built surveying of stormwater infrastructure.
